Caleb.....

Yesterday afternoon Caleb called, all excited, to tell us he had been hired on at the Cheese Plant. He was talking a mile a minute and very happy.

He called back again last night and talked almost 20 minutes, explaining everything about what he will be doing.

1. He will be given a clean uniform every day.
2. He will be given a pair of boots and they will be replaced every six months.
3. He will float around for a while until he finds a job he really likes and does very well.
4. Then, he should get a more permanent placement.
5. He will start on the night shift.
6. He hopes to work up the job Daddy had when he helped start that place.
7. He will get insurance after 30 days.
8. He will make a little less but travel less and will save on gas, tires, repairs, and most important,,,
9. He will get to spend more time with his family.
10. Shea's pretty happy too.

We've had dinner with them twice last week. We need to invite them over while Elizabeth, Case and John are here.
