Wednesday morning.....

I'm home!

Last night I got to watch Avery play T-ball. She looked so cute and she has really improved since the last time she was on a team. She seems to be more interested and since she didn't complain about the cold and rainy weather, Amy thinks she is more committed. Committed isn't the word I want but I can't remember the word Amy used.

I saw Amy, Tim, Cy, and Griffin. It rained (sprinkled is more like it) and the air turned really cold. It was still fun. I had on a warm coat and I think the cold air helped the swelling in my hand to go down some.

Today I plan to see Elizabeth, Case, and the new puppy, Gunner. I also need to get my hair cut.
Then this evening we are planning to watch the first hour of Griffin's game and then go up the hill and watch the rest of Cy's game. The weather is supposed to be much nicer tonight too.

John's surgery is tomorrow morning. There are a few things I need to do before bed tonight. I need to help him decide what to bring to the hospital and then pack a few things for me to do while I'm waiting.

Amy is taking the day off and I'm to call her when he is awake and "sensible". Maybe, if she has the time, I can get home and let Mattie out and then go right back. We'll see. I'll talk to her about that tonight.
